Mr. Harrison is a native of Mississippi that comes from an entrepreneurial, political, and educational background. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology(96). Also, Mr. Harrison holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Phoenix(07). Currently Mr. Harrison resides in Dallas, TX. Mr. Harrison has various interest such as cooking, playing the piano, reading, and traveling. Mr. Harrison is currently a CEO for Omni Sourcing with offices in Jackson, Ms, Dallas, TX and Houston, TX. Omni is a IT Management Consulting firm responsible for providing guidance and strategy to mid and senior level executives for Fortune 500 companies on Quality Assurance, IT Transformation, Product Development, and Operational Efficiencies.

Mr. Harrison leverages twenty four (24) years of consulting and delivery experience in business and information technology (IT) services, spanning various industry and business segments. As an executive with a balanced background in business process and information technology experience for large-scale systems integration projects, William is focused on providing strategies that support testing center of excellence services, rural outsourcing services , business process governance, and business performance improvement services.



William’s previous experience was as Principal Consultant/Practice Manager for FocusFrame with responsibility for business development and managing the delivering of Quality Assurance, Testing, and IT Governance Solutions. He also worked as a Senior Consultant for BearingPoint with responsibility for development and delivering IT Governance and Quality Assurance Solutions.
