Education:
J.R. holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a proposed dissertation interest on Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Phoenix. While enriching his education, J.R. still finds time for his passion for philanthropy as a mentor for the Southern University System and Alumni Federation – Dallas Chapter, along with the University of Phoenix Mentorship Program.
JR is a current Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Committee Chair of the National Black MBA Association-Dallas Chapter. An ambassador for Advancing Black Pathways and the co-leader for Talent Acquisition and Technology Pillars for the Hispanics and Blacks in Technology (HABIT) at JP Morgan Chase. Also, in association with JPMorgan Chase, he is a general member of the Next Generation of Employees (NextGen) and the Black Organization of Leadership Development (BOLD) resource groups.
